I wish I had ordered the CF-35 for $499 when the sale was first mentioned in the forum. But, I did manage to it for $529 plus shipping at AdventureRV.net. I also got the cover for $44.

Go get some of the 1 1/2 plastic chair gliders and put them on the small feet that stick through the cover. Makes sliding in and out a breeze. Also consider adding nylon web handles to the sides.

Great suggestions ! I just saw a previous post noting the CF-35 doesn't fit with both handles on.

Question: The Dometic User Manual (pg. 16)cautioned that the cooler should be disconnected from the battery before connecting the battery to a "quick charging device". Does anyone know what they are referring to ? Is a "quick charging device" something other than a car's alternator or a "normal" battery charger?
